Composition:  Merlot 70%, Cabernet Sauvignon 30%

Maturation:  barrique barrel  18  months, 8  months  in a bottle
 
About wine:  This wine is made in the traditional way and in limited quantities from the best grapes. Cuvee Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon is a wine of intense ruby red color, pronounced varietal aroma with notes of small berries such as blueberries, blackberries, currants, then  dark chocolate and a little vanilla. It has a strong body with well-matched tones of fruit and oak. There is a perfect balance in the mouth, tamed tannins, preserved freshness, and an intense and very long retro taste. It justifiably has the status of the best wine of the winery.

Our recommendation:  serve with red meat dishes, steaks, prosciutto, hard cheeses and dark chocolate desserts with 85-90% cocoa.
Serving:  Serve at temperatures of 16-18  ° C

This wine is the greatest wine  international competition in Vienna AWC Vienna between 11,232  wines won a silver medal.
